Consumers Health Forum (CHF) has developed a range of Fact Sheets for Policy Makers. This collection of fact sheets support good and better practice consumer engagement in policy and represent a good starting point for people beginning to explore what consumer engagement means for them in their lives and work.
The fact sheets were developed in consultation with CHF’s Consumer Assembly. They were designed to see how policy makers implement and support the National Consumer Engagement Strategy for Health and Wellbeing as well as the Statement on Consumer and Community Involvement in Health and Medical Research.

How were consumers involved in development or evaluation of the resource
Recency of publication or update
Created by and for an Australian audience
Alignment with the CHF values, and mission
