CHF’s Board of Directors meets six times per year to oversee the organisation’s strategy and operations. Sub-committees also support the board on finance, risk and governance.
All Directors are committed to CHF’s mission, values and objectives and represent decades of experience in consumer-led health reform.
When vacancies occur, Directors are elected by Voting Members or appointed by the Board based on skills.
