CHF recently conducted its 2026 Staff Engagement Survey which received a 100 per cent completion rate. The results from the survey highlight staff feel supported, enjoy work challenges and are highly motivated by the work we do at CHF. Our overall survey results, when benchmarked with our sector, place us in the top decile.
CHF prides itself on being a supportive workplace that allows workplace flexibility and provides development opportunities for its staff. We look forward to using this survey to continue to improve the workplace and keep staff feeling motivated and supported.
