Manager, Communications - Canberra / Melbourne
The Manager, Communications reports to the Director, Advocacy and Engagement. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Canberra, with hybrid working arrangements available. The role may involve some occasional interstate travel.
You will lead the development of strategic communication initiatives that amplify CHF’s reputation, deepens engagement with members and stakeholders, and support advocacy objectives.
The role focuses on strategic storytelling, brand positioning, communications and marketing, campaign design, internal communications, and the continuous improvement of CHF’s digital and traditional channels.

Manager, Consumer Engagement - Canberra / Melbourne
The Manager, Consumer Engagement reports to the Director, Advocacy and Engagement. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Canberra, with hybrid working arrangements available. The role may involve some occasional interstate travel.
You will lead the implementation of our consumer engagement strategy, including the development of mentoring and education programs to build consumer capacity. You will drive initiatives such as our Consumer Assembly and build CHF’s value proposition for individual and organisational members.
You will also be responsible for leading engagement activities such as webinars and roundtables, managing a small team, ensuring contract deliverables are met, and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across government, health, research and consumer sectors.

Consumer Engagement Officer - Canberra / Melbourne
The Consumer Engagement Officer reports to the Manager, Consumer Engagement. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Canberra, with hybrid working arrangements available. The role may involve some occasional interstate travel.
CHF aims to continue to grow, retain and develop its health consumer base. As the first point of contact, and with a strong customer service focus supporting consumers, you will support all consumer engagement activities including meetings and events, reimbursements, event calendar management and travel logistics. With guidance, this will include support with developing and maintaining systems, processes, guides and resources for the team including use of a CRM and Office 365.

Research Manager - Canberra / Melbourne
The Research Manager reports to the Director, Policy and Research. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Canberra, with hybrid working arrangements available. The role may involve some occasional interstate travel.
You will:
Oversee research activities that inform evidence-based policy
Manage our National Consumer Sentiment Survey and our online community Australia’s Health Panel
Provide high level advice to CHF on policy activities that supports health system reform
Engage and communicate with consumers
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Manage a small team
