Patient Blood Management Guideline on Critical Bleeding update: Join a reference group helping improve care for consumers experiencing critical bleeding

Opportunity Snapshot:
In 2023, the National Blood Authority released a patient blood management guideline on critical bleeding. The guideline supports clinicians who provide immediate in-hospital care to adults with, or who are at risk of, critical bleeding resulting in major haemorrhage (severe bleeding).
The National Blood Authority is recruiting consumer representatives to be part of a Clinician/Consumer Reference Group (CRG) who will update the patient blood management guideline on critical bleeding to reflect current evidence and best practice.
Who: Two Australian healthcare consumers
What: Participate in online meetings and workshops to share your views on the evidence summaries and draft guideline content.
When: Over two years (2027-2029)
Remuneration: $95.20 per hour.
