Consumer Representatives Program Policies

  1. Consumer Representatives Program Policy
    This policy governs the operation of the CHF Consumer Representatives Program. It outlines the aims of the Program, services and benefits delivered by the Program to CHF members and committee secretariats. The role of CHF consumer representatives, expectations and principles of the CHF Consumer Representatives Program and the outcomes of good consumer participation are stated.

    Separate Terms of Reference apply to Senior Consumer Representatives. Committee vacancies identified as appropriate for Senior Consumer Representatives call for a strong background in the organisation of CHF and demonstrated ability to strongly promote the interests of CHF and the health consumer.
